• Pilling happens when short, weak fibers work loose and tangle. Bamboo's long, smooth fibers resist this.
• Shrinking happens when loosely-set fibers relax in heat. Properly finished bamboo is pre-stabilized — you can wash and tumble dry, over and over.
• Fading happens with harsh acid or disperse dyes. BamBam uses reactive dyes which are delicate so the color stays true.
